I heard a rumor. I hope you are able to believe it, because I heard it from a very reliable source. I have been told that owning rental property can be rewarding, profitable, and fun! Can you believe it? I believe that this IS true, but unless your foot happens to fit a magical glass slipper it probably won’t occur without planning, preparation, and purpose. You will stay apprised of changes in Tenant – Landlord Law. You will learn from experts in the field of property management as well as from other rental owners who have already achieved success. You will learn procedures, methods, and tools to ensure that you have the best experience possible… and get the best tenants possible… and minimize vacancy… and command a premium rent rate!
Your involvement and improvement as a landlord will be a benefit to you, as well as to your tenant, and the community at large. A high standard in both tenant expectations and landlord performance creates an ever increasing environment of success - happier and better paying tenants, better maintained properties (and happier neighbors!), and more return on your investment!
