It’s Rental Survey Time!
In an effort to produce accurate, timely rental rate and vacancy factor information, Dan Steelhammer, our coordinator for this project, has revised the survey forms.
Please, when you receive the survey fill it out and get it back to us in the mail as quickly as possible. We need all completed surveys returned by March 10, 2011, so the numbers can be tabulated. The final results will be revealed and discussed at our annual COROA dinner meeting March 29th at McMenamins.
Bank appraisers, real estate brokers, property managers, as well as property owners rely on accurate survey information, so please help us by filling the survey out and getting it back in a timely manner.
There is still time to register for the annual meeting! The first 50 to register before March 11 pay only $15 – half price! (See the registration flyer in this newsletter.)
This annual COROA event will feature the survey results and special guest speaker, Eric King, City Manager of Bend. McMenamins will be serving us a scrumptious dinner.
