Are you a good inspector?  Do you know what to look for?  How often can you inspect?  What if your tenant says NO!  What are your options and how can you convince your tenant to let you in the unit?  What items should you always bring to an inspection?  Can you do some quick easy repairs yourself?  What should you check and document every time?  This fast paced workshop will give you the tools you need to be a better inspector. Tips to save you time and money will be presented.  Terry Luelling and his wife Melody own and manage their own rental units in Central Oregon.  Matt Free is the owner of High Desert Property Management.  He also has managed his own rental units.  Both are licensed contractors and have extensive experience inspecting and repairing rental properties.
