Come join us for an hour of great information on starting your process of getting a preferred tenant. The legislature has made a few changes to the screening process so come and learn what you can and can't do now.  Do you have an applicant screening criteria?  Do you follow it?  In this class you will learn some tips and tricks to get the best qualified tenant.  Starting on the right foot, in the long run, will be a guaranteed success for your rentals.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
