Move-In & Move-Out Tenants

Get the move-in/move-out process down to a science. When it comes time for your tenants to move into the property or vacate the property, you want the process to go as smoothly as possible. A great move-in & move out process means that the tenants will adhere to the contract and leave you with as little to do as possible (hopefully). Arleigh and Rebecca will help you through the process with the proper forms, tips, and guidelines.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
